Paul O. Abbe® has been designing and manufacturing Sigma Blades since 1911.
Sigma Blades are used for mixing rubber, silicone, mastics and chewing gum up to 20,000,000 centipoise and solids such and ceramic pastes and powdered metals.
Sigma Blades are normally manufactured with high temperature heating jackets and internal vacuum
Sigma Blades have working capacities from 0.25 USG to 2000 USG.
Sigma Blades can be designed with product contact surfaces of carbon steel, stainless steel or AR400 abrasion resistant steel.
Sigma Blades are available with complete electrical control and several levels of automation.
