Sigma Blade Mixers are used for mixing rubber, silicone, mastics and chewing gum up to 20,000,000 centipoise and solids such and ceramic pastes and powdered metals.
Sigma Blade Mixers are normally manufactured with high temperature heating jackets and internal vacuum
Sigma Blade Mixers have working capacities from 0.25 USG to 2000 USG.
Sigma Blade Mixers can be designed with product contact surfaces of carbon steel, stainless steel or AR400 abrasion resistant steel.
Sigma Blade Mixers are available with complete electrical control and several levels of automation.
