MIXER EXTRUDER WITH STANDARD GEAR CASE

The Mixer Extruder is a versatile Double Arm Mixer with a screw in the bowl bottom for unloading or extruding the mixed product. Paul O. Abbé's unique Triple Output Shaft design with its TriMax gearbox eliminates the need for connecting gears. Some of the benefits derived from this model include a unitized construction which saves time and money on installation. The unit requires less floor space with the elimination of the connecting gear case. The maintenance cost is less with the absence of these gears and more room is provided in the gland area for replacing packing. This model is an incredibly smooth running machine. Materials with viscosities in excess of 10,000,000 Centipoise are handled easily.
